摘要
目的了解某院住院患者死因构成特征及分布,为降低病死率、提高诊疗水平、制定防病治病措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,收集包头市某三级甲等综合医院2010年-2017年间住院患者死亡资料,并进行统计学分析,用Epidata3.1软件进行录入、审核,应用SAS9.2软件进行数据分析,分别计算住院患者死因构成比及顺位等。结果住院死亡患者3834例,住院死亡患者总病死率为1.29%,男女性别比为1.81:1,男性病死率为1.65%,女性病死率为0.92%。40岁以上人群占总死亡人数的91.15%,70岁~79岁年龄段死亡患者构成达到最高占28.56%。循环、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病是主要的死亡原因,占总死亡人数的72.56%,其次是损伤中毒和消化系统疾病。结论住院患者病死率总体呈下降趋势,年龄集中在中老年人群,男性病死率明显高于女性,加强对循环、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病的预防控制,成为医疗预防工作的重点。
Objective To understandthe characteristics and distribution of the causes of death in hospitalized patients,and to provide a scientific basis for reducing the mortality rate,improving the level of diagnosis and treatment,and formulating prevention and treatment measures.Methods The descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the data of hospitalized death patients from 2010 to 2017 in a Three A and tertiary comprehensive hospitalof Baotou city.The Epidata3.1 software was used to input and audit data and the SAS9.2 software was used to calculate constituent ratio and ranking.Results The number of hospitalized death patients was 3834,the overall mortality rate of hospitalized death patients was 1.29%,the sex ratio was 1.81:1,the male mortality rate was 1.65%,the female mortality rate was 0.92%.The constituent ratio of above 40 years old withhospitalized death patients was 91.15%,the highest constituent ratio of 70-79 years old was 28.56%.Circulatory system,tumor,respiratory system diseases were top three,accounting for 72.56%,followed by injury poisoning and digestive diseases.Conclusion Thereshows an upward trend of the mortality rate of hospitalized patients.The constituent ratio of hospitalized death patients largely concentrated in the middle aged and elderly population.The male mortality is significantly higher than female.Strengthening the prevention and control of circulatory system,tumor,respiratory system diseases has become the focus of medical prevention work.
