摘要
目的改进GB 28931-2012《二氧化氯消毒剂发生器安全与卫生标准》中附录A五步碘量法。方法使用磷酸代替盐酸调节pH值、减小被滴定液体积、用50 ml比色管替代同体积的碘量瓶、冲洗液替换为pH值为7缓冲溶液并规定所用体积。结果改进方法对于各浓度下的二氧化氯消毒液样品的相对误差均<1%,对ClO2、Cl2、Cl O-2、Cl O3-的加标回收率分别为93. 15%、101. 07%、101. 52%和94. 12%;变异系数分别为4. 69、15. 78、15. 78和11. 28。结论该改进方法能够满足二氧化氯发生器评定与产物分析的要求,且更加节约、便捷和环保,但原国标方法和改进方法均不适用于分析pH值<3的样品。
Objective To improve the five-step iodometry in appendix A of the"Safety and sanitation standard for chlorine dioxide Disinfectant Generator"( GB 28931-2012). Methods Using hydrochloric acid instead of phosphoric acid for adjusting pH value,reducing the volume of the titrand,using 50 ml iodine flask instead of colorimetric cylinder,using the pH= 7 buffer solution as washing solution and the volume of which was specified. Results The analysis and evaluation of the product made by high-purity chlorine dioxide generator showed that the relative error of the improved method for the compound in the chlorine dioxide disinfectant samples was less than 1%,the recoveries of variation for ClO2,Cl2,ClO-2,ClO-3 were 93. 15%,101. 07%,101. 52%,94. 12%. And coefficients were 4. 69,15. 78,15. 78,and 11. 28,respectively.Conclusion The improved method not only meets the requirements of chlorine dioxide generator evaluation and product analysis,but also is more economical,convenient and environmental friendly. But both the original standard method and the improved method are not applicable to pH < 3 samples.
