摘要
为减少城市污水厂氯消毒过程对环境和人体造成的潜在危害,以污水厂尾水中粪大肠菌群为研究对象,通过构建3组不同的生物滞留池试验装置,从尾水中粪大肠菌群数、填料粒径、水力停留时间、温度4个方面,考察对比不同运行条件下生物滞留池对污水厂尾水中粪大肠菌群的去除效果。结果表明,不同进水粪大肠菌群浓度条件下,生物滞留池出水中粪大肠菌群数均能达到一级A排放标准;当无烟煤填料粒径为0.5~1 mm时,粪大肠菌群的去除效果最好;当水力停留时间为3 d时,粪大肠菌群达到最高的去除率;温度与尾水中粪大肠菌群数具有正相关性,但与出水中粪大肠菌群数的关系不明显。
In order to reduce the potential harm to environment and human caused by the chlorine disinfection in urban wastewater treatment plant,this article takes the fecal coliforms as the research object,and builds 3 different sets of bioretention test device.From the four aspects of fecal coliforms in the tail water,filler particle size,hydraulic retention time and temperature,the removal efficiency of fecal coliforms in the tail water of wastewater treatment plant will be investigated and compared under different operating conditions.The results show that the fecal coliforms in the effluent of the bioretention could meet the discharge standard of Grade A under different influent fecal coliforms concentrations.When the particle size of anthracite filler is 0.5~1 mm,the removal effect of fecal coliforms is the best.When the hydraulic retention time is 3 days,the removal rate of fecal coliforms reaches the highest.There is a positive correlation between temperature and fecal coliforms in tail water,but no obvious correlation between temperature and fecal coliforms in effluent.
