摘要
随着翻译学科,特别是非通用语种翻译学科的建立和发展,完善学科结构、划分明确的研究领域、建设师资队伍成为当务之急。本研究的目的,就是为解决上述问题提出相应的思路与方案。本文结合非通用语种的学科特点,以日语为例,在充分参考现有主张的基础之上,对翻译研究的领域划分进行定性研究,尝试合理的分类;同时从实践出发,探讨非通用语种翻译学科师资队伍的培养。研究成果及结论可简要概述如下:本研究将翻译学科的研究领域划分为翻译理论研究、翻译实践研究和应用翻译研究这三大领域。另外,对于目前的师资队伍建设,我们认为,一方面,要鼓励教师根据目前的专业方向实现合理转型;另一方面,要打破学历等限制,不拘一格引进人才。
With the establishment and development of translation studies,especially the establishment and development of minority langu.age translation discipline,it is imperative to improve the discipline's structure,the division of research fields,and the construction of teaching teams.This paper aims at solving such problems by giving appropriate ideas and plans.Taking Japanese as an example and combining the discipline characteristics of minority languages,we put forward a division scheme for translation studies,and discuss the orientation of studies,and the training of teaching teams.We present three research fields: translation theory research,research on translation practice,and applied translation studies.In addition,for the construction of teaching teams,this article advocates not only encouraging teachers to transition,but also breaking the qualifications and other restrictions to recruiting qualified teachers.
