Influence of bending angle on hydraulic performance of turbo drilling cascade

摘要 为研究弯曲角对井下涡轮钻具叶栅水力性能的影响,基于直叶片分析基础,通过对比涡轮台架试验验证CFX数值模拟结果的准确性,对空间叶片在不同弯曲角的涡轮特性和效率进行研究,并进一步揭示了叶片流场内的速度和压力分布情况,阐述了弯曲角对涡轮水力性能影响的原因。研究为涡轮钻具叶片的优化设计提供了科学依据。 In order to study the influence of the bending angle on the hydraulic performance of the cascade of downhole turbo drill,based on the analysis of the straight blade,the accuracy of CFX numerical simulation results was verified after comparing the turbo bench test,as well as the turbo characteristic and the efficiency of space blades at various bending angle were studied.In addition,the velocity and the pressure distribution inside the flow field of the blade were revealed,and the influence of the bending angle on the hydraulic performance of the turbo was explained.The research offered scientific reference for the optimization design of the turbo drilling blade.
