摘要
目的分析不同透析方式对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清叶酸和维生素B12水平的影响。方法选择本院中2016年4月到2018年3月间收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将所有患者分为两组,分别命名为对照组和实验组,每组中均包含30例患者。对照组患者使用血滤治疗,实验组患者使用血液透析治疗。根据两组患者透析前后的血清叶酸和维生素B12水平进行对比。结果两组患者透析前血清叶酸和维生素B12水平无明显差异,通过不同透析方式后发现,实验组和对照组患者透析前后血清叶酸和维生素B12水平均差异显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实验组和对照组相对比,血清叶酸和维生素B12水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论血液透析和血滤均会导致人体的血清叶酸和维生素B12指数下降,所以在进行透析时,需及时为患者补充叶酸,才能防止叶酸缺乏而导致其他慢性病的发生。
Objective To analyze the effects of different dialysis methods on serum folate and vitamin B12 levels in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into two groups by digital randomization method,named control group and experimental group.There were 30patients in the group. Hemodialysis was used in the control group and hemodialysis was used in the experimental group.The serum folate and vitamin B12 levels were compared before and after dialysis between the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in serum folic acid and vitamin B12 levels between the two groups.After different dialysis methods,the serum folic acid and vitamin B12 levels in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different before and after dialysis.The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum folate and vitamin B12 levels between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Both hemodialysis and hemofiltration can cause the serum folate and vitamin B12 index of the human body to decrease.Therefore,when dialysis is performed,folic acid should be added to the patient in time to prevent the deficiency of folic acid and cause other chronic diseases.
