摘要
针对7432工作面断层构造区域冲击地压频发的实际情况,采用综合分析、数值分析和现场防治相结合的研究方法,得到该工作面断层区域冲击发生的主控因素;工作面顶板初次来压步距约为40~50 m,支承压力峰值为40MPa,"见方"阶段峰值约为49.6 MPa,推至断层活化区域最大应力峰值处于煤壁前方8~10 m位置,最大值为68.6MPa;最后精细制定了工作面断层区域冲击防控手段及解危措施参数,通过高压水射流切割及顶板欲裂爆破卸压解危措施,控制了工作面断层区域冲击危险,保证了7432工作面的安全回采。
Aimed at the actual situation of rock burst in the fault structure area of 7432working face,adopting comprehensive analysis,numerical analysis and field prevention and control,the main control factors of rock burst were obtained in fault area of this working face.The initial weighting step of the roof in working face was about 40~50m,the peak value of the supporting pressure was 40MPa,and the peak value in square stage was about 49.6MPa.The maximum stress peak of the fault activation area was 8~10min front of the coal wall and the maximum value was 68.6MPa.Finally,the method of preventing and controlling the impact of fault area in working face and the solution parameters were finely formulated.Through high-pressure water jet cutting and pressure relief measures of roof fracturing blasting,the impact danger in fault area of working face was controlled,and the safe mining of 7432working face was guaranteed.
