煤矿冲击地压危险性的工程判据研究 被引量:19

摘要 针对煤矿冲击地压危险性评价中能量、强度等理论方法难以在工程中应用的问题,基于冲击地压发生的强度、能量及冲击倾向性理论,提出了针对中硬及以上煤体冲击危险性的工程判别方法,该方法提出采用煤体冲击危险性指数来表征其冲击危险性等级。研究认为煤岩体发生冲击地压的危险性主要与煤岩体外应力、煤岩体强度及其固有的冲击倾向性有关,通过模糊数学的方法可得围岩外应力和煤岩体抗压强度、煤岩体冲击倾向性对冲击危险性影响的隶属度指标,综合两个隶属度指标可计算得出煤体的冲击危险性指数,从而建立基于冲击危险性指数的煤岩体冲击危险性判别方法及分级指标。该工程判别方法可以用于评估煤岩体开采过程中的巷道局部及工作面整体冲击危险。本文研究成果在陕西某矿3803孤岛工作面开采中得到成功应用;以此判据为主要依据的煤矿冲击危险性评价方法在山东、河南、黑龙江、内蒙古、新疆等省区得到广泛推广。 Facing problems that energy theory,intensity theory or other similar theories can hardly be applied for quantitative analysis in coal mining rock burst hazard engineering assessment,this paper proposed an engineering evaluation method for the impact risk of medium and above intensity coal mines'burst hazard,in which rock burst risk index is used to classify the danger levels,based on intensity,energy and proneness theories.Historic researches believe that rock burst hazard is mainly related to coal-rock mass's external stress,intensity and its inherent burst proneness.Through fuzzy mathematics calculating the membership degree index of surrounding rock's external stress and coal-rock mass's compression strength,and that of coal-rock mass burst proneness to rock burst hazard,and then com- bining the two indexes to work out a rock burst risk index,the paper draws out a rock burst hazard engineering evaluation and classification method basing on rock burst degree index.This method can be used to assess tunnel's partial burst hazard and working face's overall burst hazard during coal-rock mass mining,which was successfully carried Out in 3803 isolated working face mining in Shanxi mine. The criterion has also been widely used in evaluation of coal mine rock burst hazard in Shandong,Henan,Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and other provinces.
