摘要
永定河三家店至麻峪段左岸是无堤段,靠高地挡水,而麻峪村处在无堤段的末端,遇大洪水时,洪水会漫溢出堤,淹没麻峪村所在的高地。通过永定河三家店至卢沟桥河段定床和动床物理模型试验研究,量化了现状条件不同洪水量级下麻峪村的洪水淹没风险及高地坡脚冲刷深度;模拟分析了沿麻峪村西侧高坎修建护村堤的可行性,结果表明束堤方案在技术、经济上可行,但经济效益不显著,且不能彻底解决麻峪村的防洪安全问题,建议采取全村搬迁的措施。
The left bank of the Sanjiadian to Mayu section of Yongding river is no embankment section,which is blocked by the upland.Mayu village is at the end of this section where flood will overflow the upland in it.Based on the physical model both of fixed-bed and movable-bed in the Sanjiadian to Lugouqiao section of Yongding river,this paper quantifies the flood inundation risk and the erosion depth of upland in the current situation.The feasibility of constructing a protective embankment along the west side of Mayu village is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the enbankment is technically and economically feasible,but the economic benefit is not significant.What's more,the problem of flood control safety for Mayu village can not be completely solved.Therefore,the measures of relocation of the whole village are suggested.
