摘要
循环肿瘤细胞检测作为肿瘤无创和实时疗效监测的手段,具有潜在的临床应用前景,但由于其本身的特性,在其检测技术方面仍具有挑战。就循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)的检测现状和面临的挑战做一论述,以期更好开展临床工作。
Circulating tumor cell (CTC),as a non-invasive and real-time means of monitoring curative effects,has a potential clinical application.However,due to its distinctive characteristics,the detection of circulating tumer cell is still challenging.This paper will review the actualities and challenges of CTC detection,in order that it may eventually be widely applied in clinical practice.
