摘要
目的调查晚期肺癌患者生命意义现状,分析其生命意义的影响因素,并采取按需层次护理。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月在本院进行治疗的晚期肺癌患者104例作为研究对象,其中男34例,女70例,年龄(65.38±5.34)岁。收集患者基础信息和临床资料,应用生命目的测验量表(PIL)评估晚期肺癌患者生命意义现状,采用多元线性回归分析影响晚期肺癌患者生命意义的主要因素。结果晚期肺癌患者生命意义总分为(55.37±4.35)分,均处于低水平的状态。其中生活自由维度评分最低[(6.01±1.24)分],生活目标维度评分最高[(19.79±1.37)分]。经多元线性回归分析显示文化程度低、无宗教信仰、月收入低、病程长均是影响生命意义的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论文化程度低、无宗教信仰、月收入低及病程长均是影响晚期肺癌患者生命意义的主要因素,临床根据上述主要因素,提高护理人员的护理质量,采取按需层次护理的同时,提高患者治疗期间的生命意义,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the status quo of life significance of patients with advanced lung cancer,analyze the factors that affect their life significance,and take nursing care according to needs.Methods A total of 104 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,including 34 males and 70 females,with the age of(65.38±5.34)years old.The basic information and clinical data of the patients were collected.The Purpose in Life Test(PIL)was used to evaluate the life significance of patients with advanced lung cancer.The multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of life significance.Results The total score of life significance of patients with advanced lung cancer was(55.37±4.35),which was at a low level.Among them,the score of life freedom dimension was the lowest[(6.01±1.24)],and the score of life goal dimension was the highest[(19.79±1.37)].The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that low education level,lack of religious belief,low monthly income,and long course of disease were the main factors affecting the meaning of life(all P<0.05).Conclusions Low education level,lack of religious belief,low monthly income,and long course of disease are the main factors that affect the life significance of patients with advanced lung cancer.According to the above main factors,the clinic can improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,and improve the life significance during treatment and quality of life of patients.
