摘要
自"互联网+"战略提出以来,各行各业加快了"互联网+"融合的步伐。互联网与信息技术的普及,也推动着各行各业电子商务的迅猛发展。面临互联网+电子商务带来的新变化和新机遇,针对当前餐饮管理人员电子商务素养存在的问题,提出了提高互联网驾驭能力,培养混合式技能;提高电子商务技术运用能力,完善生产管理体系;推进线上运营多元化,多渠道扩大宣传效果;提高互联网趋势把握能力,形成信息化建设的长效机制等对策建议。
Since the "internet + "strategy was put forward,the pace of "internet + "integration have been accelerated in various industries. The popularity of the internet and information technology has promoted the rapid development of e-commerce as well. Being faced with the new changes and opportunities brought by internet + e-commerce,countermeasures were proposed for the catering management personnel to improve their ability of mastering the internet to cultivate mixed skills,applying e-commerce to consummate the production management system,propelling diversification of online operations to expand the effectiveness of publicity through multiple channels,grasping the trend of the internet to construct informatization with a long-term mechanism.
