摘要
厘清消费者在线外卖消费行为的影响因素对掌握消费者消费规律,规范市场秩序,促进在线外卖行业的良性发展都有重要意义。利用江苏省495位消费者的调研数据,采用二元logistic和多元线性回归分析法,对消费者在线外卖消费行为的影响因素进行实证分析。根据研究结果,提出了加大对在线外卖的食品安全监管力度,提高在线外卖平台及零售商的服务水平等对策建议。
It is of great significance to clarify the influencing factors of consumers'online ordering behavior for mastering consumer consumption law,regulate food market order,and promote the healthy development of online food take-away industry.Based on the survey data of 495consumers in Jiangsu Province,an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of consumers'online take-away behavior was conducted by using binary logistic regression and multiple linear regression analyses.Suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening food safety supervision on online take -away,improving the online take-away service of platform and retailers.
