摘要
目的:分析我国早期肠内营养的研究现状,为临床研究和实践提供借鉴。方法:从中国学术期刊数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普及万方中文期刊数据库中检索近30年已发表的有关早期肠内营养临床研究的文献,并进行文献计量学分析。结果:共检出有效文献4048篇,其年度变化呈逐年上升趋势,增幅速度逐渐下降;江苏省和广东省发文量最多,数量最高的单位是南京军区南京总医院,其次是四川大学华西医院;文献共分布于583种中文期刊,其中《肠外与肠内营养》杂志刊载最多;资金支持较少,研究领域以重症急性胰腺炎、胃癌、重型颅脑损伤、食管癌等危重症病人为主,研究设计以前瞻对照居多,研究主题以探究干预效果和价值为主。结论:目前我国早期肠内营养的临床研究处于减速上升期,研究的内容和方法有待全面深入和完善,实施方案有待规范化、个体化和适度化。
Objective:To analyze the current research status of early enteral nutrition in China,and to provide reference for clinical research and practice.Methods:From China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biology Medicine disc (CBM),and Weifang Wanfang Chinese Periodical database,published literature on clinical research on early enteral nutrition published in the past 30 years was searched,and bibliometric analysis was conducted.Results:A total of 4048 valid literatures were detected,the number was increasing annually,and the growth rate was decreasing gradually.Jiangsu province and Guangdong province have the largest number of publications.The affiliation with the largest number is Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command followed by Sichuan University West China Hospital.The literature was distributed in 583 Chinese periodicals,among which the journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition published the most.The financial support is poor.The research areas are mainly severe acute pancreatitis,gastric cancer,severe brain injury,esophageal cancer and other critical diseases.The research design is mainly prospective control,and the research topic is mainly to explore the effect and value of intervention.Conclusion: At present,the clinical research of early enteral nutrition in China is in a deceleratingly increasing period.The content and methods of the research need to be comprehensively deepened and improved,and the implementation plan needs to be standardized,individualized and moderate.
