摘要
基于连续采煤机平行作业开采工艺理论研究和现场应用,提出了以提高连续采煤机作业效率为中心,以优化劳动组织工艺为表征的平衡开采理论,并采用统筹原理分析了巷道掘进速度和支护速度差异、各类巷道长度差异、调机距离差异、各作业地点进度差异对连续采煤机工作面生产的影响,从动态平衡的角度确定工作面平行作业工艺。现场实践表明:平衡开采工艺有效解决了连续采煤机工作面各工序差异问题,实现各工序紧密衔接,工作面的推进速度提升了10%左右。
Based on the theoretical research and field practice of parallel operation mining process of continuous coal shearer,the author proposes a balanced mining theory characterized by improving the efficiency of continuous coal shearer and optimizing the labor organization process. The overall planning principle is used to analyze the difference between roadway driving speed and support speed,the difference of various roadway lengths,the difference of adjustment distance, the difference of progress of each working place on the production of continuous shearer working face,and the working face parallel operation process is determined from the perspective of dynamic balance. Field practice shows that the process speed difference of continuous coal shearer is effectively solved by the balanced mining process,the processes are closely integrated,and advancing speed of the working face is increased by about 10%.
