摘要
针对高应力软岩巷道出现的变形、底鼓、开裂、冒顶等情况,从围岩强度特性、围岩流变特性、支护设计等方面分析了高应力软岩巷道支护失效机制,并结合新阳煤矿深部软岩巷道的工程地质条件及变形破坏机理,提出了一种高强联合支护技术,即:锚网索喷+注浆+U型钢支架。研究结果表明:该支护技术既可确保高应力软岩巷道支护结构与围岩的稳定,又能够对围岩的底鼓与变形进行控制,可取得良好的支护效果。
Aiming at the deformation,floor heaving,cracking,and roof caving of high -stress soft rock roadway,the author analyzes the failure mechanism of high stress and soft rock roadway from the strength characteristics of surrounding rock,rheological properties of surrounding rock and the design of support scheme. Secondly,based on engineering geological conditions and deformation and failure mechanism of deep soft rock roadway in Xinyang Mine,a type of high strength combined support technology is proposed,namely: anchor grouting + anchor -mesh - shotcreting + grouting + U - shaped steel support. The results show that this technology can not only ensure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure of high stress soft rock roadway, but also can control the floor heaving and surrounding rock deformation and obtain good supporting effect.
