大口径薄壁球铁水表壳消失模铸造工艺设计 被引量:3

摘要 为实现水表壳的绿色铸造,研究了采用消失模生产大口径薄壁球铁水表壳的铸造工艺。结果表明:消失模铸造工艺生产水表壳,可大大简化生产工序,减小铸件壁厚,减少加工余量,节省原材料用量,使水表轻量化;同时铸件的工艺出品率和合格率得到了大幅提高,有效地降低了生产成本,改变了砂型铸造生产水表壳的传统工艺方法,实现了绿色环保铸造。 In order to realize the green casting of water meter shell,the LPC (lost foam casting)process for producing large diameter thin-walled ductile iron water meter shell was studied.The results show that by adopting the LPC process to produce the water meter shell castings,the production process can be greatly simplified,the wall thickness of the castings can be decreased,and the machining allowance can be reduced, saving the amount of raw materials and making the water meter being lightened.At the same time,the process yield rate and the qualified rate of the water meter shell castings have been greatly improved,the production cost has been effectively reduced and the traditional sand mold casting process to produce the water meter shell castings has been changed to the green casting process.
