摘要
"绿色铸造"成为铸造行业环保设计的指挥棒,灌输"绿色铸造"理念对促进铸造行业环保具有重要意义。在分析国内外铸造行业环保现状的基础上,结合我国铸造生产技术水平与存在的主要问题,提出编制铸造行业的绿色制造标准,从铸造工艺、造型材料和铸造装备等多方面入手促进铸造环保,利用计算机模拟与信息化技术全面提升铸造技术水平,开发废气物的资源化处理新技术与加强铸造环保科技人才的培养,是实现"绿色铸造"的有效途径。
Green-casting is benefit for promoting over the development of environmental protection in foundry industry and becomes a design leader.Based on the necessity analysis,such as casting technology level among the china foundry industry and main obstacle,some effective approach of realizing green-casting are given following aspect: a research method for the future green-casting standardization drafting;environmental protection design from casting technology,molding materials and casting equipment,all level of casting technology promoting by computer simulation and information technology,new resource treatment technology for exhausting material and technical person training on environmental protection in foundry industry.
