摘要
研究了氧化钙-硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂对地下室侧墙C50混凝土抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:随着膨胀剂掺量增加,C50混凝土的限制膨胀率和自生体积变形增大;内掺8%膨胀剂的C50混凝土的限制膨胀率符合JGJ/T 178—2009《补偿收缩混凝土应用技术规程》规定的抗裂性要求;约束条件下,膨胀剂内掺0~12%范围内,随着膨胀剂掺量增加,C50混凝土的抗渗性能提高;在50 cm厚地下室侧墙C50混凝土温度历程下,掺8%膨胀剂可有效补偿侧墙混凝土的温度收缩和早期自收缩,降低了地下室侧墙C50混凝土的开裂风险。
In this paper,effects of calcium oxide and calcium sulphoaluminate expansive agent on anti-crack performance of sidewall concrete in a basement were investigated.The results indicated that restrained expansion rate and autogenous volume deformation of C50 concrete increased with increase of expansive agent.The restrained expansion rate of C50 concrete with 8% expansive agent meets requirements in JGJ/T 178-2009"Technical Specification for Applieation of Compensating Shrinkage Concrete".Impermeability of C50 concrete with 0-12% expansive agent would be improved under constraint condition with the increase of the expansive agent.Shrinkage induced by temperature drop and early autogenous shrinkage of side wall concrete with 8% expansive agent could be compensated under temperature history of C50 concrete for 50 cm sidewall in a basement,which lead to lower cracking risk.
