摘要
添加水化热调控材料可以有效控制混凝土的水化温峰,进而降低混凝土温度裂缝的生成,提高混凝土的耐久性、延长服役寿命。通过水泥净浆微量热、砂浆水化热、混凝土抗压强度、TG、XRD、SEM等手段研究了新型复合水化热调控剂对水泥混凝土力学性能、体积稳定性、水化作用等的影响规律。结果表明,水化热调控剂可以在不影响后期强度的情况下,有效降低水泥早期水化速率,水泥砂浆水化温峰值较基准样下降了18.52%~44.89%,减少水泥水化产物(CH、C-S-H、AFm、AFt)生成;在与膨胀剂配伍使用时,可以提升膨胀效果。
Adding hydration heat inhibiting materials can effectively control the hydration temperature peak of concrete,to reduce the possibility of concrete temperature cracking and increase the durability and service life of concrete.The influence of the addition of the new composite hydration heat inhibiting material on the mechanical properties,volume stability and hydration of cement is analyzed through the trace heat of the pure paste,the heat of hydration of the mortar,the compressive strength of concrete,TG,XRD,and SEM.The results indicate that the hydration heat control material can effectively reduce the hydration rate of cement in the early age without affecting the later strength,and reduce the generation of cement hydration products(CH,C-S-H,AFm,AFt).The hydration temperature appreciation of cement mortar decreased by 18.52%to 44.89%.In addition,it would increase expansion effect when used with expansion agent formulations.
