摘要
搭建了实验台,以CO_2气体为工质,对3种不同尺寸的喷射器进行了实验研究,分析了工作流体、引射流体的压力和温度对喷射器性能的影响。结果表明:当工作流体压力为8~10MPa时,随着工作流体压力的增大,喷射器喷射系数先逐渐增大后趋于平缓,压力为9.6MPa时,喷射系数达到最大值;当引射流体压力为2.4~2.9 MPa时,随着引射流体压力的增大,喷射系数先逐渐增大后趋于平缓,压力为2.8MPa时,喷射系数达到最大值;喷射系数随着工作流体和引射流体温度的升高而增大。
Develops an experimental table,and tests three different dimensions of ejectors with CO2as the fluid.Analyses the influence of pressure and temperature of the working fluid and the secondary fluid on the performance of ejectors.The results show that when the pressure of the working fluid ranges from8 to 10 MPa,the entrainment ratio increases at first and flats afterwards with the increase of working fluid pressure,and reaches its peak when the pressure of the working fluid is 9.6 MPa.When the pressure of the secondary fluid ranges from2.4 to 2.9 MPa,the entrainment ratio increases at first and flats afterwards with the increase of secondary fluid pressure,and reaches its peak when the pressure of the secondary fluid is 2.8 MPa.The entrainment ratio increases with the increase of temperature of the working fluid and the secondary fluid.
