烟道侧包墙连接鳍片区域的结构应力数值模拟

Numerical simulation of structural stress in the connecting fin of flue-side wall

摘要 针对超超临界火电机组在水平烟道与尾部烟道侧包墙之间的连接鳍片上存在显著温差,运行过程中焊缝处极易发生开裂的问题,对含焊缝的烟道侧包墙连接鳍片结构的应力分布开展有限元数值模拟研究,探究鳍片宽度和厚度对该结构应力分布的影响规律。结果表明,随着连接鳍片宽厚比增加,峰值应力位置从背火面焊趾处移至迎火面焊趾处;相较于连接鳍片厚度,其宽度对结构峰值应力幅值的影响更显著,随着连接鳍片宽度由10 mm增加至80 mm,结构上的峰值应力由57.5 MPa增加至295 MPa。研究成果可为超超临界火电机组结构设计和安全运行提供理论依据。 In the ultra-supercritical thermal power plant,a substantial temperature difference exists in the connecting fins between the horizontal flue-side wall and the end flue-side wall,thus cracking is very easy to occur at the weld during the operation.In present work,the stress distribution of the welded flue-side wall,especially the connecting fins,was investigated by the finite element numerical simulation,to explore the effects of fin width and thickness on the stress distribution.The results indicate that,with the increase in the width-to-thickness ratio of the connecting fins,the position of peak stress transfers from the welding toe on the unexposed surface to the welding toe on the exposed surface.Compared with the thickness of the connecting fins,their width has a significant impact on the magnitude of peak stress.As the width of the connecting fins increases from 10 mm to 80 mm,the peak stress of the structure is increased from 57.5 MPa to 295 MPa.The findings in this study can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and safe operation of USC thermal power plants.
