摘要
针对传统绿茶烘干装置温控系统自动化程度低、灵敏度不足的问题,提出一种基于模糊自整定PID控制的新方案。在此基础上,采用AT89C52作为核心控制元件,通过温度、湿度集成传感器、湿敏传感器采集实时采集烘干过程中绿茶的温度和湿度。并实现与单片机进行通信,自动控制和调节微波管机步进电机。该控制装置具有较高的可靠性和稳定性。
Aiming at the low automatic degree to the temperature control system for traditional green tea drying device and the problem of insufficient sensitivity, a new scheme based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control was put forward. On this basis, use AT89C52 as the core control components. Through integrating temperature and humidity sensors and using moisture sensors, real-time acquisition of green tea in the process of drying temperature and humidity was collected. Furthermore, communicate with single chip microcomputer, automatically control and regulate the microwave machine stepper motor. The control device had high reliability and stability.
