摘要
为提高红外吸收光谱法在线测量的实时性和准确度,其采样装置必须实现连续进样和快速准确的温度调节。文中研究一种用于液体吸收光谱在线测量的连续采样装置。该装置同步实现测量过程的采样、预温度调节和数据读取,减少测量周期。采用半导体制冷元件双向温度控制,采样通道和测量池两段温度调节,减少温度调节时间,进一步提高在线测量实时性。该装置体积小,控温速度快,环境适应性好,实现了光谱分析仪表在线自动连续测量。
In order to improve the real-time and accuracy of the on-line measurement by near infrared(NIR)absorption spectrum method.The sampling device must be capable of continuous sampling and rapid and accurate temperature regulation.In this paper,a continuous sampling device for on-line measurement used in liquid absorption spectrum was studied.The sampling,pre temperature adjustment and data reading were realized synchronously in the measurement process to reduce the measurement period.The two-way temperature control of the semiconductor refrigeration element and the two section temperature regulation of the sampling channel and the measuring pool was adopted to reduce the time of temperature adjustment,the real-time performance of on-line measurement can be further improved.The device has the characteristics of small volume,fast temperature control and good environmental adaptability,and can realize automatic and continuous measurement on line of spectral analysis instrument.
