摘要
目的探讨循证护理对食管癌支架置入术患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月我院收治的110例食管癌支架置入术患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各55例。对照组患者实施传统护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施循证护理,比较两组患者的术后生活质量、并发症和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,生活质量评分和护理满意度均显著高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论对行支架置入术治疗的食管癌患者实施循证护理,能有效提升患者的生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life of esophageal cancer patients with stent implantation surgery.Methods I10cases of esophageal cancer patients with stent implantation surgery in our hospital from May 2016to December 2017were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 55cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of traditional nursing.The postoperative quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing applied in esophageal cancer patients with stent implantation surgery can effectively improve patients'quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
