摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对食管支架置入术患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2007年5月～2011年5月在我院接受食管支架置入术治疗的43例食管癌患者为研究对象,分别在患者接受护理干预前后采用生存质量测定量表进行问卷调查,比较干预前后的得分情况。结果:接受护理干预的食管支架置入术患者生存质量各维度得分及总分均显著高于接受护理干预前的水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:科学规范的护理干预是保证支架长期通畅的关键。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing interventon on the quality of life of esophageat stent patients.Methods：Selected from May 2007 to May 2011 in my hospital for treatment of esophageal stenting in 43 patients with esophageal cancer were enrolled,respectively,in patients receiving care before and after intervention surveied,to compare the scores before and after intervention.Results：Accepted nursing intervention in patients with esophageal stenting,the quality of life scores and total score were all significantly higher than the acceptable level of care before the intervention（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：Scientific and standardized postoperative care to ensure that support measures were the key to long-term patency.
