摘要
婴幼儿奶粉中氯含量的测定主要是使用国家标准GB 5009. 44-2016中电位滴定法和直接滴定法,本文利用这两种方法测定了9种奶粉中氯的含量并根据测定结果对两种方法进行比较,结果显示电位滴定法重复测定精密度比直接滴定法高,其中电位滴定法的相对标准偏差为0. 14%~0. 41%,回收率为98. 2%~100. 6%;直接滴定法的相对标准偏差为0. 44%~0. 80%,回收率为96. 7%~101. 8%。直接滴定法比电位滴定法测得的氯含量高2%~7%。
The determination of chlorine content in infant milk powder is mainly based on the potentiometric titration method and direct titration method in the national standard GB 5009.44-2016.The two methods were used to determine the chlorine content in 9 kinds of milk powder and the two methods were compared according to the results.It showed that the precision of repeated measurement by potentiometric titration was higher,of which the relative standard deviation of potentiometric titration was 0.14%-0.41%and the recovery rate was 98.2%-100.6%,the relative standard deviation of direct titration was 0.44%-0.80%and the recovery rate was 96.7%-101.8%.The chlorine content measured by direct titration method was 2%-7% higher than potentiometric titration method.
