摘要
建立了离子色谱同时测定牛奶及其制品中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐和硫氰酸盐的方法。该方法采用三氯乙酸-乙醇对样品进行萃取并离心,上清液经C18固相萃取小柱净化后,利用阴离子色谱柱分离、检测。试验结果表明:该方法的线性范围和相关系数为0.02~5.0μg/mL和0.9992,检出限为0.005~0.02 mg/kg;相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=6)为0.87%~2.6%。将其用于实际样品的分析检测,其加标回收率为87.8%~100.4%,本方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高,精密度好等优点,适合于牛奶及其制品中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐和硫氰酸盐含量的测定。
An ion chromatography was developed for the simultaneous quantitative analysis of nitrite,nitrate,sulfate and thiocyanide in milk and its products.Samples were ultrasonically extracted with the mixture of ethanol and trichloroacetic acid solution,purified by C18 SPE column and then analyzed by IC using an anion column.Under the optimal conditions,the limits of detection(LODs,S/N=3) and the relative standard deviation(RSDs,N=6) for the target compounds were in the range of 0.01~0.02 mg/kg and 0.87~2.6%,respectively.The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.02~5.0 ?g/ml with the regression coefficient of 0.9992.To validate the proposed method,the real samples were analyzed and the recoveries of 87.8~100.4% were obtained.The proposed method was rapid,effective,sensitive,accurate and applied to milk and its products.
