肝功能异常患者血清F-肌动蛋白表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and significance of serum F-actin in patients with abnormal liver function

摘要 目的探讨肝功能异常患者血清F-肌动蛋白表达水平变化及临床意义。方法肝功能异常患者71例(观察组),体检健康者83例(对照组),检测2组血清F-肌动蛋白、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic pyruvic transaminase,GPT)、谷草转氨酶(glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,GOT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(7-glutamyl transferase,γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平;Spearman法分析观察组血清F-肌动蛋白与GPT、GOT、γ-GT、ALP水平的相关性;绘制ROC曲线分析血清F-肌动蛋白诊断肝功能异常的效能。结果观察组血清F-肌动蛋白[1.48(1.08,2.39)μg/L]、GPT[105.00(75.00,177.oo)u/L]、GOT[81.00(59.00,163.00)u/L]、γ-GT[127.50(50.25,314.75)u/L]、ALPEl31.50(97.25,152.32)u/L]水平均高于对照组[1.17(0.89,1.93)Fg/L、19.00(14.50,22.00)u/L、20.00(18.00,22.oo)u/L、17.00(13.00,24.50)u/L、84.00(74.50,98.75)u/L](P<0.05);血清F-肌动蛋白与GOT、ALP呈正相关(r=0.273,P=0.033;r=0.322,P=0.011),与GPT、γ一GT无相关性(r=0.217,P=0.094;r=0.112,P=0.392);血清F-肌动蛋白值以1.0429为最佳截断值,诊断肝功能异常的AUC为0.624(95%CI:0.535~0.713,P=0.009),灵敏度为80.3%,特异度为43.2%。结论肝功能异常患者血清F-肌动蛋白表达明显上调,检测血清F-肌动蛋白水平有助于肝功能异常的诊断。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum F-actin in patients with abnormal liver function.Methods The levels of F-actin,glutamic pyruvie transaminase (GPT),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT),γ-glutamyl transferase (7-GT)and alkaline phosphatase (ALP)were measured in 71patients with abnormal liver function (observation group)and 83healthy volunteers (control group).The relationships of serum F-actin with GPT,GOT,7-GT and ALP were analyzed by Spearman method.ROC was used to analyze the efficiency of F-aetin on the diagnosis of liver function abnormality.Results The levels of serum F-actin (1.48(1.08,2.39)μg/L),GPT (105.00 (75.00,177.00)u/L),GOT (81.00(59.00,163.00)u/L),γ-GT (127.50(50.25,314.75)u/L)and ALP (131.50 (97.25,152.32)u/L)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (1.17(0.89, 1.93)μg/L,19.00(14.50,22.00)u/L,20.00(18.00,22.00)u/L,17.00(13.00,24.50)u/L,84.00(74.50, 98.75)u/L)(P<0.05).Serum F-actin was positively correlated with GOT and ALP (r=0.273,P=0.033;r=0.322, P=0.011),and was not correlated with GPT and γ-GT (r=0.217,P=0.094;r=0.112,P=0.392).When the optimal cut-off value of serum F-aetin was 1.0429,the AUC for the diagnosis of liver function abnormality was 0.624 (95%CI:0.535-0.713,P=0.009),the sensitivity was 80.3%,and the specificity was 43.2%.Conclusion Serum F-actin is highly expressed in patients with abnormal liver function,and the detection of serum F-aetin contributes to the diagnosis of liver function abnormality.
