摘要
近年来检测技术作为食品安全监管的重要技术手段而备受关注,特别是操作简便,成本低廉,灵敏、准确的快速检测技术已成为研究热点。本文主要介绍新型核酸侧流层析传感器快速检测平台,包括基本原理、构建策略以及在食品检测中的应用情况,并对未来研究方向进行展望,以期促进核酸侧流层析传感器在食品安全快速检测领域的发展。
In recent years,detection technology has attracted much attention as an important technical method for food safety supervision.Especially,the rapid detectiontechnology with simple-operation,low-cost,sensitive and accurate properties has become a research hotspot.This review introduced a new rapid detection platform,namely nucleic acid lateral flow biosensor,including its basic principles,construction strategies,application in food detection,and prospects for future research.The aim of this review is to promote the development of nucleic acid lateral flow biosensors in the field of rapid detection for food safety.
