摘要
公安长江大桥主桥为带斜副桁钢桁梁斜拉桥,钢桁梁从主塔开始向两侧散拼架设,至跨中合龙。根据施工期间主墩处水深等条件,结合钢梁特点和设备起吊能力,通过对横梁顶起始4个节间钢梁架设方案比选,确定的方案设计、施工方法介绍,得出针对本桥的施工方案:采用先在支架上拼架梁吊机,利用架梁吊机进行起始段4个节间钢梁架设,实践证明此方案是比较经济、合理的方案。
The main bridge of Gongan Yangtze River is cable-stayed bridge with oblique vice-truss,the steel truss girder was erected and assembled piece by piece from the pylon to middle span.The paper based on the construction conditions such as the water depth of the main pier,the feature of steel truss girder and the mast crane,through the comparison of the construction schemes of the first four panels on the pier,as well as the scheme design and construction techniques,an economic and reasonable scheme was put forward,which should erect mast crane first on the support and then erect the first four panels of steel girder with mast crane.
