摘要
宁安铁路安庆长江大桥主桥为两塔"N"字形平行桁式三桁钢桁梁斜拉桥,大桥全长1365.09m。在钢桁梁架设施工中,存在杆件多,跨度大,航道繁忙,地形复杂等难题。通过技术研究,施工中设置提升站、架梁吊机和墩旁托架,采用膺架法和悬臂法施工技术,解决了这些难题,顺利地实现了钢梁的架设。
The main bridge of Yangtze River Bridge at Anqing on Nanjing-Anqing Railway is a two-tower cable-stayed bridge with N-type parallel three steel trusses, and the overall length of the bridge is 1365.09 meters. There were some difficulties in the construction of the steel truss girder erection, such as more member rods, large span, busy channel, complex terrain, etc. Through technology research, by setting the lift station, girder erection crane, and the bracket beside the pier, and by using construction technologies of both scaffolding method and cantilever method, those difficulties were able to be solved, consequently the steel girder was able to be erected successfully.
