钢桁连续梁桥合龙偏差分析及纠偏方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 菜坝岷江特大桥主桥为双主桁变桁高钢桁连续梁,下弦杆为变高度布置,该结构形式在国内首次采用。本文以菜坝岷江特大桥为背景,较详细地介绍了钢桁连续梁桥合龙偏差分析及纠偏方法,对如何确保钢桁连续梁精确合龙做了技术总结。首先根据钢桁连续梁的初始架设方案进行了合龙理论偏差分析及纠偏措施研究,提出了方案优化建议;然后根据钢桁连续梁合龙前结构状态,进行了合龙实测偏差分析,提出了偏差调整参数,最后对合龙效果进行了评价。 The main bridge of Caiba Minjiang River super large bridge is a steel truss continuous girder bridge with double trusses, and the lower chords are not at the same levels. This structure was the first time application in China. Taking this bridge as background, the closure deviation analysis of the steel truss continuous girder bridge and its correction method were introduced. And the paper summarized how to ensure a precise closure. At first, an optimization was suggested based on the closure deviation analysis and its correction measures of the initial construction scheme of the steel truss continuous girder. Next, the actual closure deviation was analyzed and the adjustment parameters were proposed according to the state of the steel truss continuous girder prior to the closure. Finally, the closure effect was assessed.
