摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,高速铁路作为一个新兴行业已进入迅猛发展期,这无疑给负责安全运行的高速铁路关键岗位人员带来更多的压力,良好的心理素质是应对这种压力的有效手段。通过实地调研,采用行为事件访谈、工作写实、开放式问卷调查等质性研究的方法,构建高速铁路关键岗位人员五维心理素质模型,包括情绪复原力、心理适应能力、认知能力、工作价值观、安全意识5个维度,并提出该模型在高速铁路关键岗位人员选拔、培训、日常管理等人力资源管理阶段的应用建议,为高速铁路的安全管理提供新的理论依据和技术方法。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, HSR has got on fast lane for development as an emerging industry, which undoubtedly brings more pressure to the key HSR posts responsible for safety. Good psychological quality is very important to cope with such pressure. By means of qualitative research methods such as event interview, job survey and open questionnaire, the 5D psychological quality model for key HSR posts is established from 5 perspectives including emotional resilience, psychological adaptability, cognitive competence, value on work and safety consciousness. Its application in human resources management for key HSR posts such as personnel selection, training and daily management will provide theoretical reference and practical method for HSR safety management.
