摘要
目的应用简易可视气管套管保湿防尘罩对老年重症患者的气道护理进行临床效果评价。方法选取2014~2017年收治于我院EICU行气管切开并建立人工气道的86例老年重症患者,随机分为实验组47例和对照组39例,实验组患者的人工气道口行简易可视气管套管保湿防尘罩护理,对照组患者的人工气道口行气切式人工鼻护理。对两组受试者气道内的痰痂数、患者肺部有无再次发生感染例数,患者指尖血氧饱和度数据,医疗成本等各方面进行比较。结果实验组患者气道内痰痂数、指尖血氧饱和度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗期间实验组患者再次发生肺部感染情况、医疗成本方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与气切式人工鼻相比,简易可视气管套管保湿防尘罩具有更简便、卫生、价格低廉等特点,对重症患者气道护理具有一定的实际效果,降低了医疗成本,适于临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of simple visible tracheal cannula moisturizing dust shield on airway manage-ment in older critically ill patients. Methods 86 older patients underwent tracheotomy and artificial airway in EICU between 2014 and 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group (47 cases) and the control group (39 cases). The experimental group was treated with simple visible tracheal cannula moisturizing and dust shield. The control group was treated with artificial nose. The number of sputum scab in airway, the incidence of pulmonary re-infection, fingertip oxygen saturation, and medical cost were recor-ded. Results The number of sputum scab and fingertip oxygen saturation in the experimental group were similar to those in the con-trol group, there were no significant differences between two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of pulmonary re-infection and medi-cal cost in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with artificial nose, the simple visible tracheal cannula moisturizing and dust shield is more effective and lower cost.
