摘要
目的:探讨在常规治疗的基础上,应用桂枝茯苓汤加味治疗对老年重症患者D-二聚体及深静脉血栓形成的影响,并观察对患者RDW、HCT的影响。方法:82例重症患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上加用桂枝茯苓汤加味治疗,治疗周期为14 d。所有患者在治疗开始及治疗结束时,用自动生化仪测定D-二聚体、RDW、HCT,观察并比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞的发生率。结果:治疗组在治疗14 d后D-二聚体、RDW、HCT均较对照组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001);治疗组下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓汤加味可以促进重症患者D-二聚体的恢复,减少深静脉血栓的形成,同时调节老年重症患者红细胞分布宽度和比容,降低血液黏稠度。
Objective： To explore the effect of Guizhifuling decoction on D-two dimmer, deep venous thrombosis, red blood cell distribution width and hematocrit in elderly patients with severe illness on the basis of conventional treatment. Methods： 82 Cases of severe patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group（42 cases） was treated with conventional treatment, and the treatment group（40 cases） was treated with Guizhifuling decoction on the basis of conventional treatment, and the treatment period was 14 days. The D-two dimer, RDW, HCT were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer at the beginning and the end of treatment, the deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism incidence of two groups were compared also. Results： After treatment, the D-two dimer,RDW and HCT of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.001）; the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guizhifuling decoction can promote the recovery of D-two dimer and reduce the formation of deep venous thrombosis, regulate the RDW and HCT in severe patients, lower blood viscosity.
