摘要 应变电桥电路是应变式测力仪常用的测量电路,但在电桥空载时,有多种因素会产生电桥的不平衡输出。为保证电桥的输出完全是由其所受载荷引起,在测量之前必须对电桥的初始不平衡进行调节。采用基于应变片的自平衡电桥,引入PID算法与MATLAB/Simulink仿真以实现快速、精确的调整,提高测试系统的灵敏度、精度及可靠性。 Strain bridge circuit is a common measuring circuit for strain dynamometer,but several factors can cause unbalanced output when the bridge is idling.In order to ensure that the output of the bridge is entirely due to the load,the initial imbalance of the bridge must be adjusted before the measurement.A self- balanced bridge based on strain gauges is used,PID algorithm and MATLAB/Simulink simulation are introduced to realize fast and accurate adjustment,and improve the sensitivity,accuracy and reliability of the test system.
