摘要
恒压电桥作为应变测试的主流技术,其非线性问题是难以避免的。恒流源技术可以很好地解决这一问题。随着测试技术的进步,将双恒流源引入到应变测试的条件已经成熟。本文讨论了恒压供桥的非线性问题、双恒流源应变测试的具体方法和实现细节,解决双恒流源的匹配问题的方法,用于应变仪时的供桥电流的动态范围问题,并用微型数据采集系统开发了达到实用精度的应变测试电路。
As the mainstream technique in strain measurement, constant voltage excited bridge has the nonlinear problems, but it can be solved with current excited bridge techniques. Along with the progresses of measurement techniques, the current excited bridge technique can be used in strain measurement. This paper discusses the nonlinear problems in constant voltage excited bridge, the implement method and detail of strain measurement with double current excited bridge techniques, and the dynamic range of excitation current in strain gauge. A strain measurement circuit diagram with applied precision is developed with analog microcontroller.
