摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、乙氧基乙醇为原料,合成了不同聚合度的新型脂环族聚碳化二亚胺抗水解剂HyMax~?2010H。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对合成产物进行分析表征。将合成产物应用在PBAT中,从端羧基含量、熔融指数、力学性能等方面评价其水煮老化后的性能,并与市面上常见的两款抗水解剂进行对比。结果表明,HyMax~?2010H能显著提高PBAT的耐水解性能,且优于另两款抗水解剂。HyMax~?2010H在PBAT中除了能起到抗水解的作用,还能对分子进行修复。在相同添加量下,聚合度为15的HyMax~?2010H性能最为优异,不仅能降低造粒后PBAT的初始端羧基含量和熔融指数,在水煮老化过程中也能很好地抑制水解并保持其力学性能。此外,HyMax~?2010H的添加量越高,抗水解效果越好。
A novel anti-hydrolysis agent named HyMax?2010H composed of polycarbodiimide with dif- ferent degrees of polymerization is synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)and ethoxyethanol.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)and gel permeation chromatography (GPC)are utilized to characterize the synthesized samples.The samples are applied in polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT),a kind of biodegradable copolyester.The PBAT's performances are evaluated from the aspects of carboxyl end group content,melt index,and mechanical properties after boil aging,compared with two other common commercial anti-hydrolytic agents.Results showed that HyMax?2010H can significantly improve the hydrolysis resistance of PBAT superior to the other two.HyMax?2010H not only plays a role in hydrolysis resistance in PBAT,but also helps repair the degraded molecules.The HyMax?2010H with degrees of polymerization of 15presents the best performance at the same addition amount.Apart from reducing of the initial carboxyl end group content and melt index after granulation,it can inhibit hydrolysis and maintain mechanical properties well in the process of boiling aging.Besides,the hydrolysis resistance of PBAT will be improved as the addition amount is increased.
