摘要
模架相对模具结构来说,结构相对简单,但是模架的腔体、孔系、倒角加工相对模具结构来说工艺相对复杂,特别是孔系加工,占比模架加工近50%左右的工作量,如果能够在多腔、多孔模板中实现智能识别腔体特征、智能识别各类型孔系、智能识别倒角位置并且自动避让干涉检查那将大大降低工作量。
Die &mold bases's structure is simpler than die &mold structure,but its cavity,hole and chamfer process are more complicated,especially the hole processing accounted for nearly 50%of the workload in die &mold bases processing,if it can be realized the intelligent recognition of cavity characteristics,types of holes and chamfering positions in multi cavity and porous template,and automatically avoid interference checking,that will greatly reduce the workload.
