摘要
目的:了解四川省学龄期脑瘫儿童接受教育与康复的现状及影响因素,为对其进行有针对性的教育和康复提供参考。方法:随机抽取在四川省5所特校就读和在3家康复机构康复的185名学龄期脑瘫儿童的家长进行问卷调查。结果:90.06%的学龄期脑瘫儿童接受教育,85.38%的接受康复训练;脑瘫儿童的行动能力、自理能力和辅具使用情况均对其接受教育和康复有显著性的影响(P值均<0.05)。结论:四川省学龄期脑瘫儿童接受教育和康复的比例均有待提升,尤其要关注脑瘫女孩、行动不便、无自理能力和使用辅助器具儿童的教育,以及相对行动较好、自理能力较强、未使用辅助器具、无康复救助儿童的康复,真正将"教康整合"落到实处。
Objective: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of education and rehabilitation of school age children with cerebral palsy in Sichuan Province, so as to provide references for targeted education and rehabilitation. Methods: 185 parents of school age children with cerebral palsy who were enrolled in 5 special schools in Sichuan Province and reha-bilitated in 3 rehabilitation institutions were randomly selected to carry out a questionnaire survey. Results: 90.06% of the school age children with cerebral palsy received education and 85.38% received rehabilitation training. The mobility, self-care ability and the use of assistive devices of school age children with cerebral palsy had significant effects on their education and rehabilitation (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The proportion of school age children with cerebral palsy receiving education and reha-bilitation in Sichuan Province needs to be increased, especially pay attention to the education of girls with cerebral palsy, chil-dren with disabilities in movement, children without self-care ability and children with auxiliary equipment, and rehabilitation of children with relatively better movement, better self-care ability, children without auxiliary equipment. The "integration of teaching and health" should be truly implemented in practice.
