摘要
茧丝落绪处理是缫丝过程中最重要的技术管理内容,模拟缫丝过程中茧丝落绪导致的茧丝分多段多次参与生丝并合的现象是开展计算机模拟缫丝的前提和基础,更是对生丝纵向上茧丝分布构造认识的重要手段。而以茧丝离散化为基础构建的落绪分拆模型和解舒丝段生成方法存在失真、使用不方便的问题。在构建连续型茧丝落绪率密度模型的基础上,通过理论分析和公式推演,构建了针对连续型茧丝的逐步分拆模型和解舒丝段模拟生成方法。经对茧丝长为一定值时的茧丝落绪分拆模拟结果的分析,确认该模型及方法正确,解决了离散化茧丝落绪分拆的解舒丝段使用不方便问题,提高了模拟的准确程度,有望在开展计算机模拟缫丝中被广泛应用,进而可成为指导缫丝生产工艺的有效手段和工具。
The handling for breakage of cocoon filament is the most important aspect of technical management in silk reeling.Simulating the phenomena of cocoon filament breakage during which a cocoon filament is split into multiple segments and merged into raw silk is the prerequisite and foundation of computational simulation of silk reeling process.Furthermore,it is an important measure for understanding the longitudinal distribution of cocoon filament in raw silk.However,partition model of cocoon filament breakage and generation method of non-broken filament segments,based on discretized cocoon filament has the problems of distortion and inconvenience in use.Therefore,based on the construction of dropping probability density model of continuous cocoon filament,a stepwise partition model of continuous cocoon filament was reconstructed and generation,method of non-broken filament segments was established by theoretical analysis and formula deduction.Analysis to simulation results of cocoon filament segments when the length of cocoon filament is constant confirmed that the model and method is correct.In this model,we solved the problems of distortion and incon- venience in use existing in the discretized cocoon filament model,and improved the accuracy of simulation.It is expec-ted to be widely used in computational simulation of silk reeling process,and be an effective measure and tool to guide the process design of silk reeling.
