茧丝自动集聚装置对生丝性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为解决目前缫丝行业中人工捻鞘带来的不同绪间质量不统一且效率低等问题,在缫丝机上设计并安装茧丝自动集聚装置,通过单因素实验方案优化工艺参数。结果表明,茧丝自动集聚装置在丝条交叉次数为1次、摩擦轮材质为尼龙的条件下所缫制生丝的表面形态、断裂伸长率、丝片回潮率等物理性能指标与常规缫制的生丝基本一致,而断裂强度、抱合优于常规缫制的生丝。该优化后的工艺条件可为替代丝鞘的相关研究提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of inconsistent quality and low efficiency among different threads caused by manual twist sheaths in silk reeling industry,an automatic bave gathering device was designed and installed on the reeling machine,and the process parameters were optimized through single-factor experimental schemes.As the results showed,under the condition that the frequency of wire crossing is once,and the friction wheel is made of nylon,the physical properties of the raw silk processed by automatic bave gathering device,such as the surface morphology,elongation at break,moisture recovery rate of silk sheet and so on,were basically the same as those in the conventional reeling process,while the breaking strength and cohesion were improved.The optimized technological conditions can provide a reference for the related research on replacement of silk sheaths.
