气相色谱法测定油茶籽油中掺伪玉米油的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用酯交换法制备脂肪酸甲酯,以气相色谱法分析油茶籽油中掺入不同比例玉米油对脂肪酸组成与含量的影响。结果表明:油茶籽油脂肪酸组分随玉米油的掺入而发生变化,油酸逐渐下降,亚油酸逐渐升高。根据油酸和亚油酸含量的变化趋势,能较准确地预测掺伪玉米油的量。 The fatty acid composition and content of camellia oil adulterated with maize oil in different proportion were determined by gas chromatography.The results showed that the fatty acid components changed with the camellia oil adulterated with maize oil in different proportion.The content of oleic acid gradually decreased and linoleic acid gradually increased.According to the varied contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid,the amount of adulterated maize oil can be accurately measured.
