摘要
近年来,把地沟油掺入合格食用油中以获取利益的行为屡禁不止,严重威胁着消费者的健康。根据地沟油的常规理化指标和特征成分,详细介绍了国内目前对地沟油的一些检测方法及其研究进展,旨在寻求一种快速可行的方法用于地沟油的检测。
In recent years, the behavior of qualified edible vegetable oil mixed with trench oil to obtain the benefits is despite repeated prohibitions, a serious threat to the health of consumers. According to the regular physicochemical indexes and characteristic ingredients of the trench oil, this paper describes some current detection methods and their research progress of the domestic trench oil, with the purpose of finding out a rapid and feasible method to discriminate the trench oil.
