摘要
通过对改性聚丙烯(PP)的各项属性进行测量,最终得到PP的黏度曲线、压力-比容-温度(PVT)曲线及其他属性。分别使用Cross-WLF模型和修正的双域Tait状态方程对黏度曲线和PVT曲线进行拟合,使用的算法为1stOpt软件的麦夸特法+通用全局优化法(LM-UGO),拟合的相关系数分别达到0.99999999639和0.99999562355。然后导入到有限元软件Moldfl ow中,建立个人数据库,并成功进行了注塑成型的模拟。
By measuring the properties of modified polypropylene(PP), the viscosity curve, PVT curve and other properties of PP are obtained. Cross-WLF model and modifi ed two-domain Tait state equation are used to fi t the viscosity curve and PVT curve respectively. The algorithm is Mcquart method and general global optimization method(LM-UGO) of 1stOpt software. The fitting correlation coeffi cients are 0.999999639 and 0.99999562355, respectively. Then import it into the finite element software Moldflow, establish personal database, and successfully simulate the injection molding.
