摘要
文章以辽宁省大连市普兰区某中小水利水电堤防加固工程施工质量评价为研究对象针对评价方法中评价指标范围较小和样本数量较少的问题进行探讨和分析。首先对评价矩阵和模糊评价模型采用模糊集理论方法进行构建和分析,以隶属函数的多层级模糊评价进行质量等级识别,然后以客观、准确的量化评价结果替代传统的经验确定和主观判断并以此提高了评价结果的可靠性和科学性。实践表明,相对于传统的经验、主观评价法模糊综合评价法具有更好的准确性和适用性,能较好的反映中小型水利工程施工质量实际状况和整体情况。
This study takes the construction quality evaluation for a middle and small water conservancy and hydropower dike reinforcement project in Pulan District,Dalian City,Liaoning Province as an example to discuss and analyze the issues about small scale of evaluation index scope and little amount of examples in the method. Firstly,the fuzzy group theory method was adopted to evaluate the matrix and fuzzy evaluation model and to verify the quality grade with multi-level fuzzy evaluation of the membership function,then to determine and judge with objective and correct quantitative results instead of the traditional experience and subjective judgment,finally,the reliability and science of results evaluated was improved. The practice shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has better accuracy and suitability compared with traditional experience and subjective evaluation fuzzy method, and can reflect better the actual and whole situation of the middle and small water conservancy project construction quality.
