Six essential features of magnesium alloy and its molding technologies were introduced. Manufacturing processes for automobile wheels made of magnesium alloy were introduced,including heating of cast bar,forging,machining,surface treating,coating,painting,etc.The advantages,current situation and problem were introduced for automobile wheel of magnesium alloy.
