摘要
根据某公司钢锭生产实际情况,建立了13.8 t 18CrNiMo7-6钢锭超高温热送及加热过程的有限元模型。采用THERCAST软件模拟钢锭的凝固过程,对凝固过程的温度场进行了分析,确定了钢锭脱模的最佳时间节点。采用FORGE软件模拟了钢锭的加热过程,以脱模时的温度场作为加热过程的初始温度场,对加热过程的温度场进行了分析,制订了钢锭的加热规范。工业试验结果表明,该工艺方案具有显著的经济效益。本文的研究结果可为模铸钢锭的生产和后续锻造加工提供重要参考。
According to the actual situation of ingot production in a certain company, a finite element model(FEM) of ultra-high temperature hot delivery and heating process of a 13.8-ton 18 CrNiMo7-6 steel ingot was established. The solidification process of the steel ingot was simulated by THERCAST software, the temperature field of the solidification process was analyzed, and the optional time for ingot stripping was determined. The heating process of the steel ingot was simulated by FORGE software, the initial temperature field of the heating process was the temperature field after ingot stripping, the temperature field of the heating process was analyzed and the heating specification of the steel ingot was formulated. The industrial test results show that the optimized process scheme has remarkable economic benefits. The results of this paper can provide an important reference for the production of die-casting steel ingots and the subsequent forging process.
