摘要
景区网络关注度是游客的需求情况与行为习惯在网络上的直接体现,也是景区实现其旅游流的前兆。文章以千岛湖景区为例,将百度指数作为数据来源,分析千岛湖景区在近5年百度指数变化情况,并通过运用季节性强度指数、基尼系数以及GIS空间分析法等方法对千岛湖景区网络关注度的时空特征进行分析研究。研究结果表明:千岛湖景区网络关注度相对较高,总体上每年呈增长趋势;其月时段网络关注度差距较大,曲线呈“M”型,在四月及七月达到两个相对高峰,冬季为景区的旅游淡季;景区网络关注度存在着较为明显的空间地域差异,景区所在地及附近省份、经济较为发达地区的网络关注度较高。在此基础上,对景区提出了重视网络在景区推广营销中的地位、通过百度指数对游客流量进行合理预测、宣传景区特色吸引偏远地区游客的建议。
The online attention to a scenic spot not only directly reflects tourists'demands and behavior towards the spot,but also foretells the possible tourist flow of the scenic area.Taking the Thousand-islet Lake scenic spot as a case,the paper collects the data from Baidu Index and analyzes the changes of the Baidu Index in the past five years. With the seasonal intensity index,Gini coefficient and GIS spatial analysis method,the study reveals the spatial and temporal characteristics of online attention to the scenic spot.The results show that the Thousand-islet Lake area attracts relatively high attention,and presents a trend of increase in attention with each passing year.There are great gaps between different months,the curve of online attention being in "M" pattern,in which the two peaks are in April and July and the winter is the low season.Moreover,there are also obvious spatial differences,in that the nearby provinces and the economically developed areas show higher attention to the scenic spot.Based on the study,the paper puts forward such proposals as attaching more importance to the Internet promotion for the scenic spot,making rational prediction of the flow of tourists with the Baidu index,promoting scenic spots to attract tourists in remote areas.
